ICI Southwest & ICI Letter to SEC on Effect of Stay of Public Company Climate Rule

On April 4, 2024, ICI Southwest and the Investment Company Institute (ICI) sent a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission to supplement comments on the ESG Fund and Adviser Proposal in light of the recent adoption and subsequent stay of the Public Company Climate Rule.
