ICI & ICI Southwest File Joint Letter to SEC on Bank Loan Funds

In December 2023, ICI Southwest and the Investment Company Institute submitted a joint comment letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission on how the SEC’s proposed amendments to the liquidity risk management rule (the “liquidity rule”) would affect mutual funds and ETFs (“funds”) investing in bank loans.
