ICI & ICI Southwest File Joint Letter to SEC on ESG Disclosures

On November 30, 2023, ICI Southwest and the Investment Company Institute submitted a joint comment letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission on its proposal to require registered investment advisers, registered investment companies, and business development companies to provide additional disclosure regarding their environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) investment practices.
