ICI Southwest & ICI Letter to FDIC on Regulations Implementing the Change in Bank Control Act
On October 29, 2024, ICI Southwest and ICI sent a letter to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on its proposal to amend its regulations implementing the Change in Bank Control Act (CBCA).
